All Artists interested in participating in the Groovy & Power Soca Monarch for Saint Lucia
Carnival 2023 are kindly asked to submit their compositions on or before June 5 th , 2023.
Submissions for this year’s competition will be received electronically, by completing the
following form  https://forms.gle/pzS8LZr7LQMp2Wao7.

• Each Artist is allowed the submission of one song per Competition.
• Artists will be required to upload the following 3 items:
  • A picture (headshot) of the artist/artists who will be competing.
  • The song being submitted for competition
  • The back-up track for the song being submitted for competition
• The attachments should be labeled as follows:
  • Picture: Sobriquet (Stage Name)
    • E.g. Bob Marley
  • Song: Sobriquet (Stage Name) – Song Title
    • E.g. Bob Marley – One Love
  • Back-Up Track: Sobriquet (Stage Name) – Song Title – Back-up Track
    • E.g. Bob Marley – One Love – Back-up Track
• The song and accompanying back-up track must be submitted in MP3 or WAV Format.
• All forms must be completed and submitted by the deadline date to qualify for competition. The form will automatically close at midnight, June 5, 2023.

Please Note: Any artists struggling with the completion and submission of the application
form, are invited to visit the offices of the Carnival Planning and Management Committee,
at the Events Saint Lucia Building, Seagrapes Avenue, Rodney Bay, before the June 5th
deadline.
