The National Carnival Queen Pageant is one of the most prestigious and anticipated events of Lucian Carnival, where grace, intelligence, and cultural pride take center stage. Delegates represent communities across the length and breadth of Saint Lucia. Each delegate competes in multiple segments, demonstrating not just their beauty but also their intellect, confidence, and ability to command the stage. Delegates undergo rigorous training in preparation for the pageant with emphasis on the areas of advocacy, public speaking, and leadership, shaping these young women into ambassadors of Saint Lucian culture.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a Citizen of Saint Lucia.
- Must be a naturally born female.
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 26 years old.
- Must not be married and have never been married.
- Must not be pregnant and have never borne a child.
- Must possess a minimum of 5 CSEC passes (Grades 1, 2, and/or 3).
- Must be able to perform a talent of high standard.
Delegates compete for a grand prize of EC $25,000 and a University Scholarship.
