The stakes are high as Saint Lucia’s finest steel orchestras compete for a chance at the title for the 2025 National Panorama Competition, set for Sunday, July 13 at the Sab, Vigie. This year, four steel orchestras will face off, each performing thrilling arrangements of beloved Soca and Calypso hits.

Competing orchestras and their selected songs are:

• Pantime Steel Orchestra – Damn Proud Lucian by Sly
• Laborie Steel Pan – Just Your Turn by Rick T
• Courts Babonneau Steel Orchestra – Run Juju Run by Ready
• Pantastic Muzik Steel Orchestra – Ninja in St. Lucia by Translator

Courts Babonneau Steel Orchestra has held the title of Panorama Champions for seven (7) consecutive years.

Adding to the excitement is a solo competition for steel pan. Each pan soloist will have 5 minutes to present one song to be judged by the panel of judges.  

Additionally, Panorama will make its return to the Carnival parade route this year, allowing revellers and spectators to once again experience live steel pan on the road.

As the rhythm of Carnival builds to a crescendo, Panorama 2025 promises an unforgettable night of melody, mastery, and national pride. The 2025 National Panorama Competition is set for Sunday, July 13 at the Sab, Vigie Grounds from 8pm.  Tickets are now available at The Cell, Steve’s Barbershop, and online via 4circlestickets.com.
