The Carnival Planning & Management Committee (CPMC) is inviting proposals from the general public for the provision of a wide array of services for the staging of Lucian Carnival 2024.
The Proposals being requested are for the staging of National events at various venues across the island. Some of the services being requested include venue and roadside cleaning, electrical installation, plumbing, security services, event production, and mobile washrooms among others.

Invitations are being invited from reputable organizations. Successful proposals must clearly demonstrate an understanding of the needs and objectives of the CPMC, provide a plan to deliver the services required, demonstrate experience, qualifications, and capabilities, and offer competitive pricing and value for the services provided.
Lucian Carnival will run from 1 – 17 July, 2024.
